Restriction and Termination of Use

SUPERB IAS may block, restrict, disable, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of the free Site, Services and Materials at any time in SUPERB IAS’s sole discretion, without prior notice to you or liability to SUPERB IAS. Specifically, after a period of inactivity, SUPERB IAS reserves the right to disable or terminate a user’s account. If an account has been deactivated for inactivity, the user name associated with that account may be given to another user without notice to you or such other party. If you violate the terms and conditions SUPERB IAS may, at their sole discretion, block, restrict, disable, suspend or terminate the paid conditions.

Spam e-mail and Postings

In the event of your or others’ access to or use of the Site, Services or Materials in connection with the transmission of spam newsgroup postings or unsolicited email in violation of these Terms of Use, you acknowledge and agree that SUPERB IAS would be irreparably harmed thereunder and that monetary damages would be an insufficient and ineffective remedy, therefore, you agree that SUPERB IAS is entitled to obtain immediate injunctive relief against any such transmission (in addition to all other remedies available at law or in equity). SUPERB IAS may without restriction block, filter or delete unsolicited e-mail.

Advertisements and Promotions

SUPERB IAS may run advertisements and promotions from third parties via the Site, Services or Materials in any manner or mode and to any extent. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

SUPERB IAS’s registered office is located in Thiruvananthapuram, India. By accessing this Site, you agree that all matters relating to your access to, or use of, this Site shall be governed by laws applicable to the jurisdiction applicable in Thiruvananthapuram. In case of any litigation, it is agreed by both the parties that only courts in Thiruvananthapuram will have exclusive jurisdiction to try any matter to the exclusion of all other courts.

Indemnity and Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold SUPERB IAS and its officers, partners and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of: (a.) (b.)
